Take 5 is AWESOME! This was my very first experience at Take 5. I had a tremendous experience and I will never go anywhere else. It was so convenient, even with a small wait, I don’t have to completely inconvenience my life to go get my oil changed. You will be seeing me from now on. Edit: I got back from a 5 day work trip to find quite a bunch of oil on my garage floor under my truck. I will be calling them later to figure out what they do wrong. Something’s are too good to be true… 2nd edit: went by and had them check on the job. The team there is great.

kaitlyn ketelsen,The gentleman taking care of my car was trying to rush things and stripped a bolt, then didn’t give me the discount I was owed because he didn’t read the screen. The lady who also helped at the end was very professional, communicative and pleasant. She gave me a coupon for the troubles when she really wasn’t required to do so. The gentleman would not talk or look at me after I gave him a suggestion for future things, he was not professional at all and through a tantrum because I offered advice. But like anywhere you go, there is always phenomenal employees and then there are not so great employees. I’ll still go back but refuse to let him help me again.
