Oil Change Service Jungermann Rd

Just trust me, you just need to go here and get your oil change done. First, I have had my car since 2011 and until today, never even knew there was a cabin filter in the darn glove box. The thing was just disgusting and that’s not good because I am an allergy bag. Thank you, Take 5 for the education. Every body was super nice and appreciated the conplimentary bottle of water. When I tell you they had me in and out so fast, it was like really quick. I will not be going back to that place that begins with a V.

Jason and Veronica were absolutely amazing customer service was awesome two of the best employees that could ever be in this spot and they also were trying to rip you off or try to give you something more he was just Jason was very good at telling you what you need what you need to get done and what our needs and what our wants and when so I will say out of all this is the best customer service I've had in a very long time I used to go to the one on mid Rivers they were horrible and they just treated you like you were another person I can actually say Veronica cares and she even cared about my son so she gave him a juice and goldfish which was amazing because he was staying occupied while we had to sit there in the heat for a little bit also she gave me a water Jason and Veronica make one of the best teams thank you for all the hard work you guys do

Great experience - price, customer service, information sharing and time spent. Both the manager Brandon and his helper were very friendly, gave me lots of good information about services that I should consider once my mileage reached a certain level (having access to CarFax they could see all prior maintenance ) and did not push additional services or costs which I very much appreciated. They even pointed out where a previous service department had broken screws off of my air filter cover and told me how to fix it. Given that they have a loyalty customer program with discounts, plus the amazing set I received, I absolutely will be back to have my oil changed here—great job guys!

I went in for an oil change and they explained everything that was included with the oil change. They asked me questions on any other service I might need while not being pushy. They physically showed me the difference between new filters and mine before I agreed to pay for it and they checked to make sure I did not have a service done in my carfax so I was not paying for a service twice. Everything took an hour but I had them check Oil change wiper blades Air filter Cabin filter A tire rotation And a coolant exchange Plus they changed some gaskets and plugs for free that needed changed.

Dion and Gooch did a great job On my recent visit to Take 5 . Customer service like I received is very rare nowadays. These two were extremely knowledgeable of their craft! Theses Guys deserve raises and Promotions! Thanks again Dion and Gooch! I’ll be back!
