This was my first experience with Take 5. They met me as I pulled in with a cold bottle of water as they finished up the person before me. Once in the building it took less than 20 minutes to complete my oil change, very impressed!! The guys were very professional and I noticed that two different guys double checked to make certain the filter and the oil plug was properly tightened, very impressed!! Take 5 has gained a new customer!

Awesome customer service, had me fully aware of what might be the best options for my service and additional things I may need. New filter and even a cabin filter! I didn’t even know what that was! Both replaced an all within and absolutely reasonable timeframe. Great job, 10/10 would recommend.

They suggest what they recommend, but they’re not pushy at all, always offer me a water and I’m in and out of there in 10 minutes usually.
