My oil dip stick broke during removal, they notified me immediately. Got management involved. Subsequently, I had to take my truck to a repair shop to have this fixed. Their claims department paid for the repair the same day. Communication was great. They took care of my vehicle 100% and gave me some comps to boot! I appreciate the way they handled this situation and would recommend the Joplin location to anyone. Five stars

They were respectful and helpful in every way. I used a digital coupon without issue. They offered some upsells, but I needed and wanted a new back window wiper, and appreciated knocking off another item from my to do list. If you haven't been there yet, I recommend you do. I had no appointment on a Saturday morning and got right in. Hands down the best experience doing something I always dred doing.

You stay in your car while they complete the service they bring you the nicest coldest bottle of water ever. They have you verify everything they do. So no surprises. The check all your fluids for you and top them off. These guys work as a team and actual team not something you see much of these days it was amazing 😍 Took maybe 10 minutes from start to finish.
