The service was great! I had an oil change done and, after about a 10-minute wait while they finished up another vehicle, the actual service took only about 10–15 minutes. They offered me a bottle of water and a snack while I waited, which was a really nice touch. They also took the time to tell me about their rewards program. Quick, friendly service and a very pleasant experience overall! I’ll definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing service!!! $25 off an oil change is a lifesaver in this economy if you ask me and the complementary water bottle due to the summer heat and having to turn your car off is so thoughtful! I will absolutely be using Take 5 over Valvoline from now on. There was no rushing through explaining to get done quicker and no pressure to purchase things like filters or get extra services like I experience at Valvoline every. single. time. Thank you so much to the young woman and man (Gooch) that helped me out! Not sure I got his name right but they were both exceptional!
Definitely recommend this shop. Manager was a great guy. They were thorough - manager and a tech up top all the way thru til everything was done, plus a guy in the pit. Cabin air filter is a pain in the butt to replace, but he did it anyways. Got a reasonable price. Couldn't have asked for more. Free top ups for 3000 miles, reward deal where your 5th oil change is free. Definitely going back.
