First time here and giving this place a shot of earning my business. I pulled up and it was busy. Three in the stalls and four outside waiting. Took me 40 min to get pulled in because they were short staffed and busy. When I got inside, I spoke to Dakota which I told him it was my first time here. He was very polite and very professional. He answered all my questions and told me what will be the process with getting my car done. He wasn’t pushy at all and try to sell me upgraded products like other shops do. It took about 20 min to get my car all done after I got in. But I did asked quite of few questions. Next time it will be quicker. This place also gives a 25% military and veterans discount. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return.

I had a great experience at Take 5, thanks to Zach and Joselin! I have a fleet vehicle, so the process can sometimes be a little long with all the extra hoops and approvals that have to happen. Zach and Joselin were absolutely amazing throughout the whole thing! Their customer service was great, they were both super personable, and they made what could’ve been a frustrating process actually enjoyable. We were able to laugh, joke around, and have a good time despite all the extra steps involved. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about making sure customers have a good experience!

This was my first time here and it did not disappoint! Joy was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable with all the information she gave and explained it to me with confidence and I felt as if she was treating me like she would have her own mom. Just wanted to take care of me! ;) Jakob was so respectful and caring as well! Explaining exactly what he was doing and even though the heat was extreme (and we all know it has been bad) they still did their job without complaint! I will definitely be back!
