Oil Change Service Gluckstadt Rd

I was greeted with a cold bottle of water on an extremely hot day. First impression, how nice! I was guided in and explained that I had had some problems before not with them but with another place different franchise and showed them, the guys looked and then showed me, explained it, and repaired it to the best of his ability. The manager Deon explained everything pulled up my car fax, changed my cabin air filter which I swear no one has ever changed explained to me the importance of future fluid change and why I needed it. I will be going back. These guys were awesome!!!!

I’m a long time Take5 customer from Dallas and have primarily used yall for oil change services! I had the pleasure of visiting this location for the first time yesterday as I typically go to Madison! I’m beyond proud of the service I received! I went to receive their honorable top off as I was under the sticker mileage but subsequently Id just bought windshield wipers and needed help replacing them! The service advisors willingly replaced them with no additional charge and did it all with a smile! They checked my fluid levels, tires, and of course provided courtesy water! I was in and out in under 20 minutes! I will return to this location not only because it’s close to home but because of the overall experience I received! Thank you again!

Awesome customer service ! Jason was extremely helpful and professional ! everyone went above and beyond to make sure all needs were met and with such curiosity and professionalism ! I had a a bit of a situation(quick fix) when I left so I called for assistance and Jason met me on the side of the road and I was blown away at his quick thinking considering I was on a time schedule he then set me up with John in Flowood( I had a Dr appt near Flowood) who was just as professional and helpful ! Definitely will return and recommend! Thanks to all !

i went in for an oil change and chose the lowest priced synthetic oil of 79.99 and they billed me for $27 more due to taking more than 5 quarts to make the change. also spent $85 in the filter changes that were needed. probably could have bought and changed those myself for around $50. guess i paid $35 for convenience. They did show me the dirty air filters. the staff was very thorough and efficient. i will go back next time i’m due for a change.

Fast and friendly services. Could not ask for a better group of guys. Never got out of the vehicle. Talk about fast and very informative. Let me know what they were doing at all times. In and out!! Gave me a bottle of cold water as soon as I pulled in. All around great experience!!! Great job!
