I’m serious about preventative maintenance. I drove 900 miles on Wednesday and my truck was 300 miles over its 5,000 mile interval. I thought I’d try this Take 5 for the first time. They performed the service quickly, and most importantly, they did it well. I crawled under it to make sure it had a new filter and that it wasn’t leaking from the drain plug. They did their job.
Great crew! They took great care of me. I had a full service check and Hugh mileage oil change. They check your windshield, wipers, tire pressure, filters inside and out. They show you everything—the filters, the oil line before and after. I felt like I knew what was going on instead of just sitting in a waiting area and not know who was working on my car or what they were doing. Will be going back.
I was greeted with a cold bottle of water on an extremely hot day. First impression, how nice! I was guided in and explained that I had had some problems before not with them but with another place different franchise and showed them, the guys looked and then showed me, explained it, and repaired it to the best of his ability. The manager Deon explained everything pulled up my car fax, changed my cabin air filter which I swear no one has ever changed explained to me the importance of future fluid change and why I needed it. I will be going back. These guys were awesome!!!!
