Oil Change Service W Division St

This was my second time bringing a family member's vehiclein for an oil change and once again they exceeded our expectations! The entire team was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly explain the services being performed, what to expect, and answered all of our questions with patience and respect. There was never any pressure—just honest, helpful advice and excellent customer service. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. The service was quick, efficient, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. We will definitely continue bringing our vehicles here and highly recommend 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional service in the St. Cloud area!

I'm so grateful for these guys. They were very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help. I just went for an oil change, but they fixed an issue with my oil plate and a couple other things that had been causing my car to have a very bad oil leak for years. Every other place I've been for oil changes has lied to me about it and tried to upcharge to replace it. These guys fixed it up in no time and were very transparent with me about how my car is assembled in that area, which was super awesome. This place is definitely pricier than other spots for an oil change, but 100% worth it in my mind for the work they do. Huge thanks to Jeff, Matthew, Dillan, and the team!

I was feeling guilty for letting my oil get to 15% and saw the Take 5 employees waving traffic in on Division, so I stopped in. They immediately got me into a bay and advised me of their offerings. I had to decline a lot because they are told to upsell, but they were polite and kind about it. I appreciated them not being too pushy. The employees seem to have a good working relationship and got me taken care of quickly, they were all smiles and banter. It was nice and jovial. They did some other basic checks as part of their oil change package, which was appreciated. It's a little expensive, but if you're in a hurry and just want to sit in your car, it's probably worth it.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Brandon and Seth - first I called to see how it works - they asked for my number to send me a 25% discount through text and also gave me another one printed out for next time - when I got there Brandon walked over to the car with fruit snacks - cold water - capri sun - and dog treats - I had my 7 year old and my dog with - then they directed us into bay 3 - they said we could leave the car running for the air while we waited - there was one person ahead of us so not a long wait at all - the total time we were there was about a half hour - they took good care of us - I did not feel like they were trying to up-sale me - I felt they were honest and upfront about pricing - they explained the difference in each item - what and why - they answered all my questions and also gave me a bit of direction with a couple other things that I was concerned about - I’m up here from the Mankato Waseca Owatonna area - it was important to me to get an oil change before the almost 3 hour drive home - so it being 6pm on a Saturday and not having an appointment was incredible - even though I paid more than the regular place I go - the difference is convenience - the quality in products - as well as the list of things they check and change for you - in my opinion the difference in price is 100% worth it - they also gave me the option to not change or replace certain things - and they were honest about the longevity - they said one of the filters was still good even though looking at it I felt it was kinda rough looking they said since we can still see through it it’s fine for now but to change it at my next oil change - that gave me confidence in their opinions because they weren’t pushing anything on me and gave me the option to choose new or not and which product to choose and why - it was just an overall great experience and if I lived up here - that’s where I would go regularly and I would be more consistent with my oil changes

We stopped in for an oil change and it was hands down the best oil change experience we've had. We were impressed by the stay-in-your-car service and being greeted with complimentary water bottles right away. Brandon and the team were very knowledgeable, super friendly, and great at explaining your options without trying to upsell you on unnessecary services. We had an issue with our drain plug and filter housing, but they were very considerate of our time and kept us updated throughout the process. Also checked and topped off tire pressure, wiper fluid, power steering, and coolant - even let us know when we should expect to need our tires changed based on the treads. Would definitely recommend them and we'll be looking for a Take 5 for our next oil change (not from the area or we would for sure be going here).
