The guys at Take 5 in Oak Park Heights were excellent! They were very thorough, checking tire pressure and fluids as well as changing my oil. They also pulled out my air filter behind my glove box and showed me how awful it was, so I had that replaced too! Thomas, the shop manager, worked with me and explained everything very well, as well as having me go to the website to use a $25 off coupon, alerting me to check my email for more promotions, and helping me reset the change oil code on my dash. They were very quick also! I'd definitely go back again!
Take 5 did a great job at getting my services done quickly but most importantly their customer service was top notch! Each staff member was friendly and detail-oriented. I had my oil changed and both filters replaced. In addition to this my tires were filled and fluids topped off. I was in and out within 15 minutes. My pups were even included with treats! I We have a running joke in Stillwater that we have so many oil change shops but this one is definitely worth your time and money!
Always get good service at this location even if everytime I go its different people working there 😆 keep up the good work and attitude thanks for the water.
