Went on a quiet morning, 2 employees thanked me for coming before i even drove into the bay, they handed me a bottle of water, broke down pricing, notified me for additional charge for over 5 qts of oil. Was a quick experience, no pressure to push for additional charges. Very personable employees, enjoyed the conversation. When all set to go they gave me a coupon(certainly more than 1) for half off car wash at the shine carwash nearby. Only drawback I had is that at the time I went, they didnt have my recommended oil. But they do offer "top ups" between oil changes of fluids if necessary.

As a first time customer there was even a discount of 25% off which helped so much! Kong provided recommendations for my next visit which helps with my budgeting. I told them that I had a $15 off coupon about three times when they checked me out I asked him if he applied the coupon and he said no he forgot it. The reason I came here for my very first time was the coupon and the good reviews. I’m upset that I didn’t get my $15 off but it is what it is. They did not check my tires and I don’t know if they filled any of my fluids cause I didn’t see him do anything like that and it said that they were supposed to. They even said that they do that, but I didn’t see any of that done. I will say that everybody there was absolutely amazing though very kind and courteous.

He offered to help get the oil to the correct level free of charge. Not only did he fix the problem but his crew (Kong, Elver, and Terell) checked all my fluids and the air pressure at the same time. I was greeted immediately and handed a bottle of water. They also sent me one way with a fruit snack and juice for my son even though he wasn't with me at the time. I highly recommend. They were quick, friendly, and helpful!
