Oil Change in Shreveport, LA at 8000 Youree Drive.

I want to share my experience with you about the service I was given while getting my oil changed I drive a Mercedes Benz I had had an oil change on June 6, 2026 at Eurotek here in Shreveport La. well all of a sudden there was a message came up on my dash board at next fueling check oil this was on July 20, 2026. I did not know my car was losing oil drastically and that’s when I started to see oil under my car as well. I work close to Take 5 on Youree and Bert Kouns so I drove over about 5 minutes away and Mr. James assisted me , when he got under my car he could turn that screw underneath my car with his finger when he checked my car to see how much oil was in it there was about a fingertip of oil on the stick, Mr James was such a big help in assisting me from the time I pulled in and pulled out, this guy you can tell that he is a man of INTEGRITY and I don’t use that word lightly and at this day and time that is rare to find if you want service done with INTEGRITY and EXCELLENCE this is the place. As long as I own my vehicle or any other vehicle I will bring it to this shop. I will never take my vehicle back to Eurotek and I will advise anyone else not to take your vehicle to them because they almost cost me a motor which is very expensive and serious. When I spoke to the manager at Eurotek about my vehicle losing all that oil out of my vehicle within a month from me having my oil changed at Eurotek the manager acted as if it did not matter to him. Again Thank you Mr. James for helping me save my car, I will see you at the next oil change and I will be forever grateful, and I am telling everyone who will listen about you and the service that I received. You made the experience less stressful. and you put my faith back in humanity. Rosemary

I took almost an hour and a half for an oil change. The poor staff just struggles in the heat with no fans, no way to cool off. They are understaffed and overworked. When I went in, my oil pan plug was over torque from the last place. They stripped the plug getting it out. They should have stopped and sent me to the place that over torqued the plug. They replaced the plug and washer with brand new ones and inspected the pan to make sure the threads were OK. They discounted the oil change and put detailed comments of the issues in the notes. Great staff. They need fans to cool off and more staff.

The service at this 5 star location is outstanding! They have been taking care of my vehicles for years. This morning Josh and Kevin even helped me solve an in cabin air filter issue and that immediately mproved my air conditioners performance. My truck was struggling with the 90+ degree temps and it was that air filter all along... Go see these guys, they'll take great care of you. P.S. Josh is the manager. Props to having a stellar crew.
