I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Take 5 today! This was actually the third place I tried. Before coming here, I pulled into another local shop and sat in the garage area for several minutes. The employees looked directly at me, but no one came over, spoke, or even acknowledged that I was there. I had no idea if I was supposed to park, get out, pull forward, or what. Eventually, I just drove away. I was headed somewhere else when I passed Take 5, and something told me to turn in. The vibe felt good, and I am so glad I trusted that feeling. The moment I pulled in, I was greeted immediately and offered a cold bottle of water. On a hot Louisiana summer day, that alone made an impression! They explained that I could stay comfortably inside my car, and I was able to keep the air conditioner running for most of the service. Jack and Nick were absolutely incredible. I will be honest, I do not know much about cars, but they never made me feel embarrassed or talked down to me. They actually educated me. They showed me where things went, explained what I needed to look for, and helped me understand what my car needed to run at its best. Yes, I spent more than I originally planned, but I left feeling confident that I had taken care of the things my car genuinely needed. By the time I drove away, the warning lights were off, my car was taken care of, and a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders. The customer service was truly top tier. I felt welcomed, respected, appreciated, and taken care of from the moment I arrived. Jack and Nick, thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience feel easy. Do not waste your time looking all over town. Just come here. You will be in and out, you can stay in the comfort of your car, and they genuinely know what they are doing. Go where you are appreciated and celebrated. Take 5 did exactly that for me today!

It was great! I will most definitely be returning to this location for my next maintenance visit. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. Mr. Jalek and Mrs. Monica were both very attentive and informative as well as other staff members.
