Oil Change Service Tulane Ave

Thursday I stopped at this location, typically not the location i frequent. Ali was prompt and courteous greeting me in 5 seconds! there was another employee there who was polite as well, bummer I missed his name ! My reason for stopping was that my oil was low and I was within the requirements to get a top off. those requirements must be before the date of last oil change or 3k miles. no hassle, in and out in 15 min !! The grounds were spotless, especially for being on such a busy street. Recently they opened a Trader Joes on Tulane Ave. This area is improving by mountains and I am looking forward to this being my go to location. See ya'll soon !

I purchased a long overdue oil change. I went to S. Carrollton Avenue location and they informed me that the specific oil I use was not available. They did not have enough of the Core Performance Synthetic Oil or The most expensive synthetic oil. So they suggested I go to Tulane Avenue location. I was greeted with four bottles of cold water. I had four individuals total in my car. It was well received since we just came from work and school. I was told everything that was going on with the oil change step by step. I also was helped to reset my oil light. It was a pleasant experience. The manager Ali was very intentional about providing great service. Reiko who completed my intake and oil change was very helpful and professional. The location is clean and pleasant to drive through. The manager Ali showed me my oil stick, full and the oil was now clean. Thank you for a great experience for an adult chore no one wants to do.

Definitely was a great experience for a business that just opened 2 weeks ago. The manager was awesome and gave me a great experience . I was greeted and asked if I wanted a complimentary water . The other staff members were awesome too ! They took time out explaining what was needed on my car to keep it running smooth . The manager also gave me a great experience about my car and how the condition of it was well kept . All of the work that was done on my car was in a professional timely manner . I will definitely come back again to get my car serviced . Thank you to the manager and staff for an excellent experience.

Services was Immaculate on arrival, from pulling onto the business, cold bottle of water was offered, as they are working on my car, they are explaining what I need and why I need it, and also informing me on how long the product will last and the product also would save me on things near future driving, they are extremely fast, polite and informative, the staff Cares at the 2717 Tulane Avenue New Orleans, Louisiana 70119 location !! Omarion and Brian, along with the entire crew at Take Five, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Upon entering, they offered me a refreshing bottle of water and promptly assisted me in getting my car back on the right track. This establishment is now set to become a new neighborhood oil station.
