I stopped for my oil change and everything was going smooth, until I heard a popping sounds and one of the techs said, “uh oh.” The filter had been placed on too tightly at the previous oil change (not sure if it was done here or Firestone, but these are the only two places I get my oil changed), causing it to break in half. The tech James then worked tirelessly for the next two hours to get it removed. Blaze, the other tech assisting me, was incredibly polite about the entire situation, and he kept me up to date on their progress. After their perseverance, my patience, and a lot of sweat from all of us, they managed to remove the broken filter and finish up the remainder of the oil change without further incident. I was given a more than reasonable discount for the delay and all of the techs on site could not have been nicer about the whole situation. Thank you Blaze, James, and the rest of the team for your hard work, professional service, and polite attitudes during a difficult situation. I will be back.
Needed my car serviced quickly so I decided to visit this location since I was in the area. Dameel (hope I spelled it correctly) assisted me from start to finish. Very professional, gave me a cold water bottle since we were both sitting in the heat he answered any and all the questions I had about my car whether they were silly or not. I got my oil changed, fluids topped off, cabin & air filters replaced & he also suggested I get a fuel injection if I felt like my gas wasn’t lasting as long as it should, out of all the times I’ve went to a Take 5 they’ve never suggested this and I’m glad he did because my gas started lasting longer the same day! He also told me that if I return before the date on my sticker that they’d top off my oil again for FREE! No one’s ever told me that. I’d go back just for Dameel, he was amazing and he’s contributing great service to the business. Whoever hired him made a great decision. Thank you again for everything Dameel. I’ll be back specially for him.
I have recently gone to Take 5 (an old Brubeck jazz song) twice And I could not ask for any friendlier or faster service. No matter what you go in for, you always get a little something special. They actually topped off my coolant for free. When is the last time you heard something like that?
