Anthony was the best! I went in early for my oil change and he let me know that all I needed was a top off but was otherwise all good. He checked my coolant, topped off the windshield wiper fluid reservoir and properly inflated all 4 tires. This guy is one of your best. It was a pleasure meeting such a forthright young man who is concerned with true customer service. Thank you to Anthony. I always go to this location (S. Claiborne/S. Carrollton) and have never been dissatisfied.
George Williamson,Synthetic oil change, coolant flush. Also added water to wiper fluid reservoir. Be aware they evacuate your oil from above rather than draining via the plug in your oil pan. This is arguably less effective at removing sludge and spotting metal debris in the old oil. The benefit for Take 5 is to sidestep potential issues from opening and resealing the drain plug, which often fails for other reasons. And be prepared for some up-selling of services and parts you may not need. It’s hard to make money changing just ur oil.
Duffy Cutler,Being a young woman with close to no knowledge of cars I was nervous, but at Take 5 there was no reason! Cleetus was incredibly helpful and funny! He got my windshield wiper changed super fast and even called another guy, Josh, over to help scrub the gunk off my windshield. Overall a joyful and fun time getting my problem solved quickly and competently. Edit: I’ve been back a couple times and had amazing experiences every time. Recently I had a woman named P. Lube who was very nice and I’ve also had a younger white woman who I did not catch her name. All fantastic! Also the water bottle they give you is sooo cold and crisp.
