The first thing was the fact that I was greeted by the manager with a bottle of cold water. I thought this was nice as it was very hot outside. My vehicle was examined thoroughly, and everything was explained in terms in which I could comprehend. I felt like the service was thorough and performed with lots of care and consideration.

Take 5 mechanics are great at their job. Communication was fantastic. I had a service needed for my truck and they listed all the options available so I could make an informed decision whether to have it done or not. Fast service, overall great experience.

The Techs were very nice and prompt. I rolled the windows down, during the oil change, so my kids could see the techs works. The Techs were kind and language was pleasantly appropriate in the garage. Highly recommend this location, I’ll be going back for sure.

This take 5 location was very swift in their work by working as a team to get customers in and out. They also have a friendly environment with workers that doesn’t mind going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I Will definitely be revisiting again and also highly recommend to others. Huge kudos to Dimitri, Arzel, Errol, and Joe putting in team work making sure my Audi was well taken care of.
