Went in to get air in my tires. I knew it had been awhile since my last oil change but did not realize it had been over a year. They have all my history with them on their computer. I got my oil changed, fluids topped off, new air filter. I like that they don’t push stuff. Last time I asked if I needed a new air filter and they showed it to me and said no. This time they showed it to me and I said yes. The old one was filthy. They answered all my questions about pricing, switching to the synthetic oil, and other products. They were professional but LOUISIANA FRIENDLY. I like that. Thanks guys.
Excellent greeting immediately upon arrival to myself and (4) kids, Nick is highly informative with great communication skills, everyone worked smoothly as a team a should, the crew went above and beyond for my service, and I even learned the correct way to clean my windshield; apparently, I learned (by watching, then asking) I’ve done it wrong my entire life. Lol. I highly recommend Take 5 on the East Side of Houma located on Grand Caillou Road! Huge thank you to Nick along with the Take 5 Crew that serviced my car!! I will be returning for future services!
I love visiting take 5 usually I go to one about 2 hours from this location but I was in town and needed my tires checked and they took care of me the moment I pulled up. The team was incredibly kind, I had a chance to meet the manager and it was obvious she truly cares for her team.!
