I went to Take 5 because I was traveling when I needed to oil change. My regular place is not available in this town. The services recommended were spot on. In my last oil change, they told me that I would need to change my coolant soon. This time it was critical to change it. They were absolutely correct and not just trying to upsell me. The techs explained every step. Their professionalism was outstanding; they were pleasantly friendly. I will be switching from my regular oil change service.
Nicholas, David, and Aria were great! They’re out here working as fast as they can in what feels like 101-degree heat and still being so nice and welcoming. Nicholas greeted me when I pulled up and gave me an ice-cold bottle of water, which I definitely appreciated in this heat! Aria came over to greet me too in between helping other customers. They were both so sweet and had great attitudes despite how hot and busy it was. I really appreciated the customer service!
Nick and David these two young gentleman , I came with my own oil . They treated me with respect instantly offered a complimentary water and I told them I have my own oil and filter . As soon as my engine was off nick was on it got done in 6 mins . Fastest oil change Ive ever had and Ive lived in multiple states. Appreciate take 5 for hiring excellent team members. I highly recommend this location. Till next time 🤙🏿
