I’m Stacy Calligan, this was my first time going here. My husband Richard , normally takes the vehicles but he was at work. My experience started off bad because of Nate, he told me and I quote “ Go to the other one “ meaning the Take 5 on Bluebonnet because that’s normally where my husband would go and he said he had a discount over there and he asked Nate could he apply it and Nate said No , it wasn’t up for discussion with him and when my husband asked to speak to the manager that made him mad and he really didn’t want me or my husband to speak to the manager but it didn’t matter because the manager said the same thing, there was nothing he could do… I was about fed up and my husband was too , because he was on the phone at work and couldn’t do anything, but then TJ came and boy did everything change!!!! He not only gave me the discount, he made sure my husband’s truck was serviced right because he did it himself and he apologized for the other guys behavior!!!! If I ever have to get my husband’s vehicles serviced again, I will definitely take it to Take 5 and specifically ask for TJ and if he’s not there those other guys will not get my business nor my money!!!! Shout out to TJ for being outstanding in customer service and an all around great guy!!!! Thank You TJ
I was really nervous to get my oil changed, as it was my first time by myself, but Kaitlin and Rocke were super helpful and walked me through everything! Kaitlin made sure to show and explain everything so I knew exactly what was happening. Overall a really great experience. Take 5 will definitely be the place I go when I need car maintenance!
Take 5 handled everything with care and precision, as they have for all my visits. They provided a thorough rundown of what they were doing, and was patient when I had no idea what they were talking about! For quick and reliable service, highly recommended Take 5 on Lee!
