Roce was so nice, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The nicest people I’ve ever dealt with for an oil change. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They made what is normally a quick, boring errand actually pleasant. It’s rare to come across customer service this good these days. I really appreciate how friendly and helpful everyone was, and I’ll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend!
Mr. Rocke did my oil change and he was very informative and taught me a few things to help me out for when I am on my own. He’s a very sweet, funny, and caring man and he deserves all the best. I was having a really bad day and him and his team made me feel all better. He made sure every aspect of my vehicle was checked, refilled, and safe. He didn’t pressure me into buying any additional services, but showed me why things needed to be changed out such as a filter. Overall, the service was fantastic, funny, and enjoyable! If you are looking for a place in Baton Rouge to get an oil change, this is the place to go! They MAKE SURE that your vehicle is WELL taken care of!!
Highly recommend coming here for any quick service you need. Mr. Rocke took excellent care of me! He has great hospitality while visiting his shop. He even took the time to explain some things to me that I wasn’t sure of, but he didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary things that most places try to do. I’ll be back for sure!
