The City of Baker Take 5 team lead by Rhythm was great!! Very helpful and informative. Rhythm did an outstanding job at evaluating my vehicles needs, took careful time and worked his magic to ease the shock of maintenance needed. Micaiah in the Pit, got the work done in an expedient time frame, and ensure quality checks were on point. Nice communication & Great Team Work!! Excellent experience. Thank you!! Keep up the great work!!
The team was very kind and professional. I usually go to the Zackary Take 5. I dropped by to top off my oil at Baker Take 5. They discovered the oil filter was leaking and replaced it and double checked. Thank you donuts are on the way!!!
I originally went to Walmart to get my oil changed but they were taking too long, so I decided to go to Take 5, even though my past experience with the cost have been terrible. I was immediately greeted and was told to pull into the overhang area. I was offered a bunch of things to do with my car, which was understandable cause I have no idea when this car had last been maintenance. All of the three workers were very friendly and tried to help me out as best as they could. Even though I spent way more money than i had planned, I know some important things were handled that would prevent even bigger things from happening. I appreciate this crew genuinely and if the Lord says the same, I will be back.
