Oil Change Service Shawnee Mission Pkwy

I've been driving a long time, done a lot of oil changes, and this was hands down the best experience. Was greeted with a smile and cold bottle of water on a disgustingly humid day. Dylan and Phoenix really not only knew their stuff but took their time explaining it to me and making sure I could make an informed decision about my car. They didn't try to upsell me anything and were careful with all parts of my oil change and my car. As long as I live in the area, I'll not be going anywhere else for an oil change.

I always have my uncle change my oil but it's extremely hot and he's seasoned 🤣 so I took it here. These 3 gentlemen working were polite. As I was waiting in line (not even a line) one of the gentlemen brought me a water (thoughtful). The one doing the computer entry explained everything and even showed me the computer screen so I knew all the charges and the cost of the service. It was hot and I was done and out of there (including wait time) 10-15 mins. It seemed expensive but I don't usually pay for an oil. Guess by the time you pay for service ,speed, oil, and filter seems reasonable. They unfortunately don't have a place to tip but instead I went to QT and got them all something to drink. I highly recommend THIS LOCATION!!

Took my car there for the first time for an oil change. The process was easy and quick, but what most impressed me was the friendly and helpful team working on my car. Phillip was especially good about explaining what they were doing and why, and he let me know about opportunities for other services they offer. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything I didn't want or need. Ellie did a great job taking care of the oil change part. I would definitely come back again, and I highly recommend this location!

First of all, the Manager, I believe his name is Phoenix, was a master at customer service, competent efficiency, keeping me informed of all of the steps of his inspection of my vehicle. WOW!!! Now I have been a customer of Take 5 in Oklahoma City for the past 2 1/2 yrs but I have never had this level of service. Thank you Phoenix I am a customer as long as I am in KC. Thank you

I’ve used Valvoline in Mission for several years and I decided to give the new Take 5 on Shawnee Mission Parkway a try. I will be switching to Take 5! They were super helpful and went above and beyond with their service. If you are tired of waiting in line and getting mediocre service at Valvoline, I HIGHLY recommend you visit Take 5. You won’t be disappointed.
