Man, there are not enough positive things I can say about this place. From the ice-cold water they offered me when I pulled in, to the friendly conversations and laughs we shared, everything was great. The detailed care and no-pressure environment made a big difference. They let me ask how I could pray for them, which meant a lot. This place is top-notch—you should definitely swing by. I met one of the managers heading to Louisville, Brandon, an amazing guy. My dude Zane, who is one of the assistant managers, made me feel seen, heard, and very cared for. He's also super funny. Justin’s work under the hood was incredible! I didn’t catch all the names of the other team members, but I’ll be praying for these three for a while for sure. They were all so fantastic. I’ll be back for sure!
This was legitimately the most entertaining and informative oil change I’ve ever gotten. The crew was an absolute blast! They were easy to talk, very kind and very approachable, they even gave me a free cold water. As they were working they kept me informed and never pressured me! They even taught me various things about my car! Will absolutely be returning for future oil changes. (Oh I know they mentioned they were also training some Louisville staff so they should get a shout out too)
I took Cooper's truck over the weekend and my SUV this morning to Take 5 Oil Change in Newburgh, and I can't speak more highly of the service. I was in and out in around 10 minutes for both transactions (thank you for helping me keep on pace for my busy schedule), they had a $25 opening discount, exceptionally friendly crew, and while they explained some of the upgrades, I never felt oversold or pressured! 5 star service and A+ for speed and courteousness!!!! Highly recommend!
