I was greeted by a smiley technician named Will. Will ushered me through the entire process. The techs that performed the following change were equally friendly! The water and Take 5 candy bar were cute and on time! Im diabetic and hadn't eaten and the temperature was high that dat. So I was able to hydrate and take in a carb to keep my blood sugar in check! Talk about a 'win-win'! All of my questions were answered and 3left feeling like I had do e very well by my vehicle! My parting statement was' I'll DEFINITELY be back so see you in 3,000 miles! I highly recommend MINUTE Oil Change on N. Keystone and Kessler Blvd in Indianapolis Indiana!
I just wanted to take a moment to give praise and credit to an exceptional crew!! This was my first time visiting a Take 5, so as expected I was a bit hesitant with putting my Encore in their hands. I immediately changed my mind when I was greeted with a smile and courtesy. They got me in and out within 10mins all while I waited in my car. I will be returning again for my next oil change! *all smiles*
My 1st time there and, I was VERY impressed. Not just with the efficient service, but to see young black men being constructed and making a living for themselves. They were polite, fun and knew exactly what they were doing. I recommend take 5 oil change at 56 and Keystone to everyone I know! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK Gentlemen. See you in Dec. Ruby
