This recent exsperience taught me a lot about the locatuon I have been going to for quute some time now. Colton made sure to check everything to be certain all my vehichle needs were met. All the time Ive been coming there. NEVER once has anyone ever made me aware that I had a filter behind mt glovebox, NEVER once has anyone showed me a full dipstick marking at end of oil fill and checks. Thank you to Colton for making me feel important enough to matter.
Loved this location, they were nice, funny, and productive. They handled my oil change hella fast and replaced my window wiper no problem made sure everything was working properly before I left and even offered me a coupon. They didn’t try to hassle me or upsell me and they gave my niece a koolaid and fruit snacks instead of the typical water and candy combo. Hella helpful and friendly and I will be returning. They even filled my tires and wipes my windows.
Very pleased w my oil change experience yesterday for a Honda HR-V, full sythetic oil. Tyris was the main attendant helping me, and he was very knowledgeable, personable, polite, and helpful. I think especially as woman, mechanic shops can be awkward or uncomfortable. But Tyris's personality put me at ease, and all the workers seemed to handle business professionally and efficiently. I felt like I could asked questions & although he did offer to replace dirty air filter etc, also seemed honest about relative need/importance and the amount of time the replacement will last. So I didn't feel pressured, felt good about each decision made. I imagine you could find a cheaper oil change elsewhere, but the convenience of the stay-in-your-car drive through plus the complementary tire air, fluid checks etc make it a high value service. Worth the cost - and they have fluids top-off policy. Plus the bottle of water and Reese's cup are a cute and welcomed touch. ☺️
