Symphonia Wakefield,I’ve been going to this Take 5 Oil Change location since it opened. They truly have the best customer service. We’re talking Chick-fil-a level. The employees listen and care about your opinion. Today I had to go in because the windshield wipers I purchased less than a month ago were bad. They replaced them - no questions asked. Even though I did not ask them to, they checked tire pressure and refilled fluids. They are a well trained staff!
John Currens,Tag placed in car by take 5 stated I had 512 miles or Oct 29,24 to go before I needed oil changed, I was refused top off stating that I put 4750 miles since oil change, not possible . I have no control over your sticker or computer!. I was 1.5 quarts low, tried to get me to do oil change which I didn’t have enough $$ for so I left and put oil in myself. Not happy!!
julie hernandez,Always great, fast service. I forgot to use a coupon this time, but they almost always have coupons available online! Everyone is always so nice and helpful. We always get our oil changes done here. Free top offs on fluids and tire pressure checks are a bonus plus the water and candy when you pull in. No reason to go anywhere else. It’s a no brainer.
