Based on the comfortable small talk during the service by both the technician and new employee, you can tell they have a strong and productive work culture that translates to top tier customer service. Always a phenomenal experience. 💪
Jack Sorrels,Best oil change experience I've ever had. Devonte (not sure if I spelled that correctly) is awesome. He explained everything super clearly, he's very friendly, and even gives you a cold water and a candy bar while you're waiting. The other workers were great also. The only thing was they didn't have an air filter for my car in stock (it's a 2000 model so understandable) but he said I could buy an air filter and bring it back to them and they'll install it for free, which I plan to do. Also, if you're reading this Devonte, please be careful when you're waving cars into the bay - you were so close to my car in front I was afraid I might run into you while pulling forward! Don't put your safety at the mercy of a customer's foot control. If someone accidentally hits the gas too hard they could seriously hurt you. All in all a great experience, highly recommended. 👍

That being my first time there was very professional. I will be going back. I only had one filter replaced, because of finances. 🙂
