I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Columbia City. The team was friendly, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcome. They explained everything clearly and provided fast, courteous service. This was a completely different and much better experience than the service I received at the Coliseum Boulevard location in Fort Wayne. I will definitely return to the Columbia City location and highly recommend it!
I only go to this location because I always get the best service! Everyone has always been very friendly and informative. They are very quick and efficient while keeping me in the loop about everything they are doing! I really appreciate that the manager helped me look for a coupon to save me money! This will be the only place I will ever take my cars.
These wonderful men Johnathan 1 and Johnathan 2, Judge, Erik and Logan were beyond kind and very attentive to what they were doing for me and my vehicle. Even entrained my daughters questions! Definitely will be back on the future.
