Oil Change in Avon, IN at 9519 E US Hwy 36

I was having a tough time with everything in life before I went to get my oil changed. The sweet gal working stopped for a second and asked if I was okay gal to gal. It really meant the world to me. I lost my mom and my dog fairly recently. It was just one of those days that I struggled. Anyway. My oil change was fast, I didn’t have a wait. Everyone was friendly. I had told my husband that morning that I liked going to this one bc I knew females worked there. So glad I did. It turned my day around too!

Great management. Great communication. Fantastic experience. I appreciated that as they did each step of the service one tech would call out the step, "six quarts premium full synthetic!" and the tech doing the work would parrot it back to the lead technician. At the end of the service the tech brought the oil dipstick up for inspection to show new, clean oil at the appropriate levels. A very cool touch as one never really knows if what was said was done was done. Great job guys. I'll be back.

I was treated so well by Take 5 employee's. They checked everything out that I asked topped all fluids off, took pictures of my oil pan where it looked like around the gasket may have a slow leak. Sent me the photos to my phone. I asked them to check my wipers since we are in the rainy season. I asked for a new air filter they done that to, had them put new wiper blades on. And if you go on line and sign up for text they send you a 25.00 coupon straight to your phone. Done that while I was in line. They have four different blends on the board and others you can have, but the four basic from low to high, and never had to get out of my car. I highly recommend going to take 5, especially if your in a hurry. Normally my husband or I change our own oil. However we are in the middle of a major house project at home and don't have the time at the moment. My car wouldn't stop telling me "change oil", got tired of seeing it, and pulled in as I passed running to the hardware store. All in all it took about 5 minutes, I didn't mind they were treating me like a queen..Go see them for sure if you need your oil done. It was definitely worth what I paid, just to get great service with a smile. Thanks Take 5, you made my day!

I recently took my vehicle to Five Oil Change for service. Unfortunately, they were not able to complete the oil change because my car is newer and they were having difficulty figuring out the oil change process for that specific model. However, I still wanted to leave a review because the customer service was truly amazing. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I felt heard, welcomed, and genuinely taken care of. The employees were very friendly, positive, professional, and made me feel valued as a customer. You can tell they work hard and truly care about providing a great experience. It has honestly been a long time since I received service this good. Even though they couldn’t complete the service, I left very impressed with the team and their professionalism. Great job to everyone there!

Abel, the lead tech, i hope i spelt his name right. He was the most helpful mechanic i have met in a long time. Him and his team worked like water, in tandem with each other and not stepping over the other person to get the job done. Thank you for being there today to help!
