I really appreciate Carlos and the crew! Great service and overall experience! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and they went above and beyond by checking everything over and topping off all the fluids as well. The staff was professional, thorough, and made sure my vehicle was well taken care of before I left. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the overall care they provided. It’s nice knowing they didn’t just change the oil and send me on my way. Definitely a place I can trust with my vehicle. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Si usually get my car’s oil change at Jiffy Lube but this time I was referred to Take 5 oil change service. I’m glad I was because their service is 5 stars, I didn’t even have to get off the car. Not to mention that it was done in less than 15 minutes. I am very satisfied with the service and I will definitely continue getting the car’s oil change at Take 5 and recommend this place to family and friends. Big thanks to Luis and Lovell, they were very professional and resourceful.
The team at Take 5 Waukegan is a well oiled machine! I drove in and was greeted with a bottle of water - nice touch! I then spoke the team leader (sorry I don't remember the name) and we went over what type of oil my car needed and how much. Once the oil change was in progress they checked my filters which I knew needed replacing and they got them from stock. Additionally they checked fluid levels and wiper blades. They completed everything very quickly and was on my way. I wish my visits to other automotive shops went this well! Thanks Waukegan team at Take 5. I will be back in the future!
