Oil Change in Palos Heights, IL at 12861 S Harlem Ave.

I got an oil change at this location and they were amazing. Osvaldo G, Tony, and Ernesto did my oil change and even replaced my windshield wipers that I had been putting off for a while. I've went to a couple take 5s and this by far is the best service I have gotten. It was a 88 degree day and the guys had a fan pointed toward the window for me, and confirmed that everything was as they promised for me. They dont pressure you into any service that you dont want but also let you know about all of the options available. They were all super polite and courteous and it was such a convenient experience that I honestly felt like I owed the location a positive review and to shoutout the employees that handled their jobs like pros.

Very good customer service. Just had first visit. I was very satisfied with my visit. Shop is extremely clean and organized. Manager Ernesto, was friendly and informative and operated with care and integrity with his work. Didn’t just do oil change, but also offered education about my vehicle and future needs. They filled my tires and a couple other fluids complimentary which was nice because my tire pressure lights were on. I’m thankful for my experience and look forward to bringing my vehicle back for another oil change.
