I’m extremely pleased with the outstanding service and honesty Marco, Ben, and Ivan provided at Take 5 Oil Change! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and transparent, taking the time to explain everything while ensuring the service was completed in a very timely manner. It’s refreshing to find a team that values honesty, efficiency, and excellent customer service. I never felt pressured into unnecessary services, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to make sure I was taken care of. Marco, Ben, and Ivan are a great representation of what customer service should look like. I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and efficient service. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you, gentlemen, for such a great experience!
I found Take 5 by accident. I was at one of other stores on North Avenue in Northlake and saw Take 5. I was curious & stopped for an oil change. The tech approached my car and gave me an ice cold water. I was like I was thirsty! I told him I needed an oil change and he told me to pop my hood. There was one other car getting an oil change. It didn't take long for my oil change. The team was courteous and professional! The good thing about this oil change is I didn't have to get out of my car! I would come back again for my next oil change! I am telling everyone at my 55 and older community to go as well! You all made my day! Thank you! Laura P
