I had a great experience at Take 5 on Harlem! I want to give a special shoutout to Madison, Jose, and Paucar for their outstanding customer service and teamwork! Madison was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Jose was especially thorough and detailed when explaining the services being provided, making sure I understood everything clearly. What impressed me the most was how well Madison, Jose, and Paucar worked together as a team. They were efficient, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to providing excellent service. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail truly stood out. It's refreshing to receive such great customer service from a team that clearly takes pride in their work. I highly recommend this Take 5 location and will definitely be returning! Thank you all for such a positive experience!
Jose (manager) and Robert provided outstanding customer service at this Take 5 location. When we arrived, there were about four cars ahead of us, but they kept us informed throughout the wait and communicated clearly about the process. Once it was our turn, they took the time to walk me through the service, pointed out a few concerns with my vehicle, and explained everything thoroughly and professionally. I truly appreciated their honesty, knowledge, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this location to others and will definitely be returning for future service. I definitely have to redo my reading as Rob, Robert and a.k.a. Robin did such a wonderful job. I had to give them a second chance. when I seen it was a new crew. This should have been the crew that they opened the location with. exceptional service would highly recommend it if I can take the time out to give a bad review for bad service.
