Thomas & Joey did an excellent job with my oil change! They were both incredibly nice, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made the whole experience easy and stress free. It's hard to find customer service that's good these days, and they really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I truly appreciate their honesty, friendliness, and attention to detail. Highly recommend Thomas & Joey if you want a fantastic service! GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!!

Update to my last review: my wipers just stopped working and I was terrified I was looking at an expensive motor replacement situation. I came in and asked if the guys had any ideas, and 20 minutes later, they’re working again. Incredibly impressed and appreciative for this place. The customer service alone has a long term customer locked in. I am so glad I found this place. Every time I’m here, the customer service is fantastic. Even answering questions of things they don’t service. I will always return here

I've been to 3 locations of the take 5 franchise and hands down, this location is the best. Speedy service, everything explained in lamemans terms (without making you feel stupid for asking) and nothing is paid for that they won't let you know the reason for, and all prices are reasonable and less by far at all locations than at jiffy lube (where I used to go) Thanks to the guys at take 5 my car runs smooth for the entire time between changes and you can get topped off complementary anytime between changes. Highly recommend

I had a great experience getting my oil changed at Take 5! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Joey and Bridger were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt confident about the service being done. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to push unnecessary add-ons or upsell me—just honest, helpful recommendations. The little touches made a big difference too, like offering a cold bottle of water while I waited. It made the whole visit feel welcoming and comfortable. Plus, their coupons were easy to find, which made the service even more affordable. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Thomas and Todd at the Mt. Prospect Take 5 somehow managed to make an oil change not annoying, unlike my ex-husband. They got everything done without turning it into a honey-do list, explained what they were doing, and kept things moving without making it feel rushed or chaotic, also unlike my ex-husband. The whole thing just felt easy. Honestly, it’s probably the first time 10 minutes didn’t feel like a chore for the lonely hearts club. Almost too easy, like a first date that didn’t turn into the town gossip. The pull-in and pull-out first thing in the morning, before coffee, was exactly what I needed. We made a pretty good threesome today, me sitting in the car and them doing all the work, exactly how I like it. I went in expecting mild irritation and went home with a smile on my face. With my ex-husband, I left home with a smile on my face and came home expecting mild irritation. I’d go back.
