I had a little trouble at the Take 5 Oil Change. For the first time ever I was told I needed extra oil and there would be a charge. Never in years coming here has this been charged! Also didn't take my 35$ coupon off after I asked twice, kept pointing to where he had entered it but hadn't pushed the button to subtract it. Insisted I needed new coolant since my label was unsafe, gave me 2 different prices times it would last. Thankfully Jason. Asst manager intervened straightened out prices and several things the tech had said. Not sure of techs name but will make sure he doesn't "help" me again,!! Maybe Juan. Very grateful to Jason asst. Manager.
FANTASTIC experience with Take 5 in Moline! Johnny and Jake’s were great to speak with and informative on my questions and concerns. Found that Take 5 now use a machine an extractor for the oil. Happy knowing I won’t have yo worry about getting another oil pan from a previous business cracking my pan. Definitely going to have them changing my oil from now on.
Ethan and Julius were friendly and knowledgeable. Ethan asked me helpful questions and provided strong explanations of the service and diagnostics he was doing to determine my truck was due for a coolant flush and fill up. I went in for an oil change and left with a better understanding of upcoming maintenance for my vehicle.
