I had a great experience at Take 5! Mari, Austin, and Solo were all friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. They took the time to explain their recommendations and even tested my radiator for free. They caught that my coolant had become acidic and recommended a radiator flush before it turned into a bigger problem. I really appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back!
That guy Austin definitely deserves a raise! He made the whole process, super simple and easy, and he did a really great job at explaining car language that otherwise I would not have understood! The guy who changed our oil also did it super quick we didn’t even know he did it. He did it so fast! 10 out of 10 for sure would recommend take five on the avenue!!
