I’m new to the Rockford area but been using Take 5 for a few years. The service is great. The techs are friendly. They educate you on things the see wrong with your care, if you have a leak, inform you of damage this may cause, clean the windows replace fluids as a courtesy with the oil change and provide reminders. They offer bottled water upon arrival, and give recommendations on the type of oil change for your vehicle. I appreciate the service and the friendly atmosphere.
tarina banks,It was expensive but they did a good job. They changed my oil, coolant, air filter and the cabin filter. I should be good for awhile. Good service and I got to wait in my car which I liked being present. The techs were knowledgeable and Marco was the service manager and he made sure all was done correctly and got me out of there as soon as possible. Great place to go and worth the money in my opinion.

Today, employees Max and Bailey provided excellent customer service. The oil change was performed promptly and professionally.

That was my first surprise among many. Next I was asked many questions about my car, the milage, choice of oil, they top off all my fluids, and lastly, they even washed my windows, which was another surprise. During the entire time I was there, a swarm of polite young people who checked, collaborated, and at the end, helped me drive out the garage door by hand signals. It was one of the best times that I've had in a long time! I highly recommend this particular Take 5 facility. Great group of young people. Catherine
