I had an outstanding experience at Take 5, thanks to Mike! From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. He explained everything clearly, never made me feel pressured into unnecessary services, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of quickly and efficiently. It’s refreshing to find someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and takes pride in their work. Mike went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Because of his exceptional service, I’ll definitely be returning to this location and recommending it to friends and family. Thank you, Mike, for making what is usually just an oil change such a positive experience. Take 5 is lucky to have you on their team!
I called first to compare prices, and a woman from corporate answered the phone. She sold me on going here because (1) the cheapest oil change was priced at only $49.99 and (2) she gave me a $25 coupon! So I was excited. When I got there, there was a wait, amd a wait, and a wait: i waited about 45 minutes. The graciously let me use their wall charger to charge my cell phone. During that time, I confirmed the $49.99 price on a poster that was posted on site. However, when it was finally my turn to be served, i was informed that the cheapest oil was not carried at this location. With the $25 discount, I ended up paying eighty bucks. That's a normal price. What impressed me was the service I received. They filled my tires, topped off all my fluids, and even gave me some mechanical observations. I was able to take these observations to a mechanic shop so that they could tell me that my car was unsafe to drive. I wouldn't have known this if it hadn't been for Take 5 staff. Thank you!!
Omg this was the best service I’ve ever received from this location. The names Douglas and Devin definitely did an outstanding job they got my air filter replaced and my oil changed in a great time frame and I pulled off with a smile to return for. Thanks take 5 guys your guys are the best
