Honestly they're new, but if they can keep the service, attitude and complete focus on each car (like they did with ours) a standard, then these guys will be around for a long while. Ive always only went to JL on Washington St. Glad I gave these guys a try. Literally took about 15 minutes. Had to get a cabin air filter too, they didnt force it they just showed me the old one and I was more then happy to replace it. Appreciate the attention to detail. Also another place said we needed new brake pads, these guys observed them and told us our brake pads are in perfect condition and dont need replaced. It was a good experience.
They were so professional and thorough! I got to see them work and do all of the safety checks. They made sure I was comfortable with things before they did them (ex: having to get into my car to get the cabin filter out). They showed me all the things too: dirty filters, low coolant, the new oil, and I could tell my car was running better after I left. I will be using these guys from now on.
