Honestly can say I won’t be go anywhere else. I’ve tried Point S, Jiffy Lube, and many others around Twin Falls. None of them come close to the expertise and professionalism that I personally experienced here. Not only did they do a phenomenal job, they fixed issues that another establishment caused and also ones that were overlooked. So 100% would recommended you skip the other guys and just come here.

Michael was incredibly helpful and took the time to make sure everything was okay. Even though I didn’t actually need an oil change, they still checked all my fluids and made sure my car was in good shape for the rest of my trip. They also fixed my tire pressure, which gave me real peace of mind on a long drive. I used to go to Jiffy Lube, but this place consistently has better prices and a genuinely friendly, helpful attitude. It’s rare to find that combination. This is the only place I use now, and I highly recommend them to anyone passing through or local to the area.

The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I had a great conversation with the manager, and they made sure to show me my oil and confirm everything looked good. They also topped off all my fluids and checked my tire pressure, and noticed my filter was on its last life so they had replaced that for me as well! The entire process only took about 15–20 minutes. Fast, efficient, and genuinely friendly service. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing an oil change.
