From the moment I pulled in, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely made the whole experience quick and stress-free. They explained everything clearly, never pressured me into extra services, and kept the energy positive the entire time. You can tell they actually care about customers and take pride in their work. Highly recommend this facility!! They suggested I get my car checked out prior to servicing my car as something didn't sound right. I so appreciate their ethics!! They offer you water before you even pull into servicing your car!! What I really appreciate, is that you can sit in your car while they change your oil!! ROC... you and ALL your boys ROCK your industry!! In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, "I'll be back!!! Thank you again!! You are so appreciated!!!!

I had an excellent experience with an oil and filter change. Hailey assisted me with reviewing what I needed. She was knowledgeable and helpful regarding my sports car! I appreciated having a female assist me and this was a first ! She had a nice personality and listened to my concerns. I was impressed with the free tire pressure check and fill up of windshield wash !This is my second time there and they don’t disappoint. Also, Doc her boss made sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. A+ highly recommend - in and out without getting out of my car

There's no exaggeration when I say that Take 5 oil change was the best experience I've ever had in a quick lube location. Over the years, I have been too many JL and V locations and they have been fine. However, you go through the same experience every time and that you go in for an oil change and they hard sell you to replace air filters, wiper blades, differential oil, etc., whether you need it or not. Sure, Take 5 offers the services, but for the first time I felt like they were really assessing my needs instead of telling me my needs. They looked at both my air filter and my wiper blades and said they were fine. In the past, other places would put a two month old filter in my face and say it needed to be changed. Most importantly, was their very sincere enthusiasm to offer me the best service possible. Throughout the entire service Doc (the manager) and Hailey (the technician) were friendly, informative, and professional. Instead of just mailing it in with all the other free services they offer during an oil change, they were done with equal, professionalism. In fact, after asking, if I was interested in him checking it, access the interior air filter, which my vehicle, requires about five minutes to get to having to empty out the glove box and hinging it down to get access to it. It was absolutely filthy and I'm not sure that it's ever been checked since I owned the car, not even at a dealership. And this is the air that flows to your car whenever you turn on the recirculation switch! It was a real hassle for him to do, but he did it with pleasure. The only reason that I came in today was because they were open early at 7 AM and because of the over the top reviews they were getting. I found out that the reviews were not over the top and here, am leaving my own over the top review. I only took the time to write this review because the service was that good. Clearly, highly recommended.

So fun!!! First time we've been to Take 5. When we pulled up, we were greeted and offered water by the shop manager, Doc. What a cool experience. Doc was awesome! Honest and friendly. Hailey was working hard the whole time with an advanced knowledge of how the shop operated. Bravo team!! Keep up the good work. Would recommend anytime!
