Was helped by Roni and Taylor. Usually I go to Valvoline For my oil changes, but I will say I have never had the Customer Service I did today. It was super hot and they made sure I had a Gatorade and water to help with the heat for my four-year-old son. They walked me through everything and were willing to talk about any questions I had. They’re doing some training Roni Was very attentive to me and my needs and making sure that my car was taken care of and everything was done right. Prices are definitely a little bit more expensive, however, I will pay a little bit more anytime for better care and to be assured that all of my needs are being met. Great addition to Kuna with Taylor and Roni on the crew!!

The team at Take 5 literally saved my engine! My car started shaking violently with a check engine light. I pulled in, and the technicians immediately figured out that a previous shop had overfilled my engine. They quickly and professionally flushed the old oil out, refilled it to the perfect factory level, and diagnosed the check engine code for me without any cost. As soon as the correct oil was put in, the engine instantly smoothed out and the check engine light went away. They were incredibly honest, professional, didn't try to upsell me, and and literally saved my engine from permanent damage. Exceptional customer service and expertise—I will absolutely be coming back here for my future oil changes!

Customer service was incredible! It was 99° outside and we were greeted with two cold bottles of water. They are right to work on my vehicle. The two workers stayed in good communication with each other, double checking to make sure everything was done properly. It didn't take too long to get the whole job done. They weren't pushy about trying to upsell anything, which I find nice. They did a great job! Definitely will be going back for my next oil change!
