It’s always a pleasant experience at Take5. I had a $35 coupon sent via email since I hadn’t been back in a while and was told I couldn’t use it because of the type of oil change I was getting. I believe it was the basic one but the coupon didn’t have any of those restrictions on it saying it couldn’t be used for certain services like the ones on the actual website. I was told you can only use coupons on Core oil changes or higher. They didn’t even look at the coupon. Never have been able to not use coupons sent via email with the basic oil changes.
We frequent Take 5 for oil changes, etc. Unfortunately, this week when I went for a standard oil change, I came home and all the oil had leaked by the next morning. We called the site and the manager, Donnie, called us back. Donnie was empathetic, customer-service oriented and thorough. Right away, he wrote down the details and assured us a tech would come to us within the next few hours. Donnie even gave us a follow up call when the tech was en route. The tech, Jayce, is the kind of person who is going to do everything in his power to make it right. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He realized it was not a leak, but a boiling out of oil due to the filter gasket being broken- a manufacturer defect. Once the issue was fixed, oil filled, Jayce and Donnie "made it right" even more by taking care of us in the future. We appreciate it! Thank you Take 5, our service with you will continue! Not because we had an innocent issue, but because of the way you promptly handled and corrected it without any fuss or making the customer feel any way but taken care of.
On 8/7/2026, I went to TAKE 5 to have my oil changed. The lines were growing but the staff kept the vehicles moving. H20 was provided with courtesy. Javin and Jake were my personal technicians. Both were respectful and were professional with doing their assigned task. In today’s era it is a bountiful blessing to know that you matter where you spend your earned money. Keep up the great work guys!
