Due to my bad anxiety, I'd been putting getting my oil change off for a LONG time. I finally got myself to go during a lunch break and to be honest, I'm very happy with the service I received. Everyone I dealt with was personable and seemed knowledgeable about what they were doing. Everything they offered, I needed and they also gave me some good advice for other things. They have amazing teamwork and helped me out big time. I've seen people saying prices were too high but I don't agree. You pay for labor and convenience. Some people just don't get that. You don’t expect good service like this often. I'll definetly be back! 🙏🏾💯
Erica Sharp,We were coming from vacationing in Florida passing through, we stopped to get oil and OMG what a experience Mr Hollis got down to change my oil came up and explained to me my plug was very loose and needs a fix explained he was going to go to get the part to fix our problem and that it would fix our problem! What a massive relief, and he did not have to do that, he could have ignored the issue! But instead acted when he seen a problem! That is why he is the manager, and that is why he deserve the next step In his career what a leader! I will forever remember this place and Mr Hollis for making things right! What an amazing experience!
