The crew that serviced my vehicle was very professional and pleasant. As soon as I pulled in David greeted me with a smile and asked if I wanted a water while I waited. The wait was very short. Jake did my oil change and changed my AC filter. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I’m active duty and he thanked me for my service. I also got a percent off of my service which was very appreciated. I was in and out in no time. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will definitely recommend. It was my first time at Take 5 and I will definitely return.
Franklin walked up to my vehicle and handed me an ice cold water, he was the lead on my car that day when I needed an oil change and was extremely professional and compassionate. Roy, his colleague was also very sweet and extremely helpful, Mark also enjoyed my chihuahua, he was nice enough to give my puppy a doggie treat that my dog tore up!! I’ve never experienced this type of service for an oil change! I would love to be able to tip them via card! But it is great to know that I need to have cash next time for tips! Those guys were awesome!
Great Staff! Mike, Ron, and Hollis are a great group of guys! Came out to the truck to greet me, even offered a bottle of water! Explained everything in detail, which is something I always look for wherever I go! In and out in no time with my oil change. I highly recommend! Reasonably priced for 7 quarts of oil and service! Great discounts! Definitely bringing my other vehicles up here too! Keep up the great Fellas!!!
