Oil Change in Tucker, GA at 4303 Lavista Rd

7/2/26 Update: This is still my go-to for oil changes, replacing filters, and windshield wipers. 6/4/25 Update: I continue to only take my car to the Tucker Take 5 location for oil changes and once / year coolant flushes. This most recent time last week Trey & Renee were extra fabulous and helpful. Will definitely be back. This was my first visit to Take 5. I love that I can stay in my car the entire time. Trey was extremely professional and courteous. Sherrod was also great. I took my husband's car in for an oil change and I'll be taking my car here from now on. Great environment, clean, friendly, I can't say enough positives about this place.

Great experience! This was my first time getting my oil changed outside of the dealership. Every single person that I interacted with was amazing and professional. They all explained every step of the process. I believe Jarell was my rep, and he was great. He explained the different options and wasn’t pushy. He gave me all the information so I could make my own decisions. They offered me a perfectly slushy water and gave my kids a snack. The whole process maybe took 10 minutes and we got to stay in the car. Thank you so much, and I will definitely be back! Also, they do emissions. One stop shop!

My oil change was overdue. It was Friday before Memorial Day near the end of the shift. I’m sure the team had been busy all day with people traveling for the holiday. I could actually sense that they were tired, but everyone was professional, thorough, polite and patient. I wanted to use a coupon that I saved to my photos on my phone and kept pulling up one that had expired! 🥹 The tech was patient with me and even helped me locate a valid one! (I need to delete more often!) 😆 I had to drive out of the bay so they could get the car behind me in and work started, but another tech stepped in and washed my windshield and reset the ‘counter’ thingy 😆that will remind me when I’m due again! I felt comfortable and cared for..all from the comfort of my car!! Thank you, Take 5!!

Customer service at this location was A1. All of the guys were very polite, helpful and informative. Not to mention they got me in and out and identified other small things that needed to be replaced and gave me an affordable price. John was excellent and very professional when it came to my oil change and pointing out why my gas was leaking out so quickly. Great place!

This is now the third time I've been to this location. I give it a full, authentic five stars. It's a drive thru, so you stay in your car the whole time. They are friendly & helpful. I don't get the sensation that going to upsell me on anything or take advantage of me. They were actively transparent on what they are doing, and why. This time, they showed me my engine air filter just to point out to me it was clean and did not need replacement. Important to me though ..there's an authenticity to their customer service that makes me want to come back here vs any similar type businesses. Genuinely joking around with me while on point/professional with what's going on. Both of the last times I was here the lead tech (different one each visit) kept a chill friendly dialogue going with me. Not trying too hard (not brown nosing), but just...like we're hanging. It's like they're doing onboard training they tell them "do your job but have fun or you're fired' and their new employee said ....yeah I'm down with that.
