Had an issue with my car today after an oil change and thought it might be due to something do do with Take 5. Stranded at a Wendy's. Called and they sent their district manager, Chris, and a crew member, Antonio. They checked the car out and after consultation with another crew member, turns out it was a battery issue. They stayed and took the battery out, went with me to get a new one, and installed on the spot. Spent considerable time helping a customer even though they were not at fault. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. Kudos to these guys for helping us out! They said we are part of the Take 5 family and they are right!! Thanks so much!
Thought there was an issue with my car after getting my oil changed two weeks ago by Take 5. I brought it back and they were quick and diligent about checking my car and making sure everything was okay. Just to ease my mind though they gave me a free oil change even though after checking the oil in my car, it wasn’t needed. They wanted to make sure I had peace of mind. The supervisor Elian was on top of everything and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and so did his crew. Would absolutely recommend this company for an oil change.
Our first time trying this location, and we were definitely not disappointed! The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and super fast. Maxx and Mitch walked me through everything and made sure I understood what was needed and why. They were kind, enthusiastic, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great service. It’s refreshing to have a place where you feel welcomed, informed, and confident that your vehicle is being taken care of. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend giving them a try! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
