Absolutely wonderful experience!! Went through to get my oil changed and had a great experience, Mason was my service advisor and did wonderful!! He explained everything to a T and was extremely polite. Nothing felt pressured and it seemed like he enjoys the job more for the customer service than the actual selling aspect. (They don’t make commission by the way) Jamie greeted me at the end of the service and asked if I needed my oil light reset and kindly did it for me no problem. Getting my oil changed and the whole experience was great and the people were so caring about my vehicle. They washed my window got tires and supplied what I needed. Mason and his team did a wonderful job and would return back in a heartbeat. Most mechanics are looked at funny for this and that but the take 5 in newnan was one of the best experiences for car care I’ve ever had. Thanks guys props to Mason and the team!! Jamie your awesome hopefully you guys see this:)

Stop here for your service! ***** I’ve been going to Precision 10+ years for oil changes and the one thing I didn’t like is they never seem to have deals available & no interest in giving any. Jeremy Johnson,I was at the location for fourty minutes however it’s because of a line . The staff was super friendly . Offered water and had great knowledge to the different packages . The gentleman was also honest . He told us with our car only having 10k miles to wait for the next oil change to swap out our air and cabin filter . If he would have recommended it I would have just said do it however he was open and honest which is why I’ll continue to come here . Good job take 5
