They did a great job. They used fully synthetic oil and the correct filters for synthetic oil, and they got my 2026 Yukon Denali serviced quickly because I was in a hurry. Slightly more polished review-style version: They did a great job servicing my 2026 Yukon Denali. They used fully synthetic oil and the proper filters for it, and they turned the service around quickly since I was in a hurry.
The employees are very friendly and courteous. I was in and out in probably 10 mins and that included waiting to pull into the bay. The prices are high but I was able to take advantage of a new customer special but. Cause of the high price not sure I’ll be back. What threw me was the screen asking for a tip before you could pay for the service. A tip?? Really?? The whole tip culture is completely out of control. Just because you perform a service doesn’t mean you should be asking for a tip. The reason servers get tips is because they are paid below minimum wage.
Just amazing, I’ve been 3 times and there’s always like 5 people harming as a team, everyone is so professional and friendly. They cleaned my windshield, put air in my tires, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, I sit in my car and the process is 10 min tops?! Yasss
