Oil Change Service N Columbia St

I pulled in today in full panic because my skid plate was literally falling off, and Mason and Bear jumped in immediately. I didn’t even have time to stress before they were already helping me. They offered me a water, got right under my car, and took care of everything like it was no big deal. What really blew me away is that this isn’t even a service they normally offer, and they didn’t have all the parts, but Mason still made it happen. He got creative, figured out a solution, and made sure I was safe to get back on the road. I am seriously so grateful for that kind of effort and care. And Bear was just as amazing. He kept me calm the whole time and we had such a great conversation, which honestly turned a stressful moment into a really positive experience. I’m beyond thankful for both of them. Mason and Bear went above and beyond in every way, and it meant so much. If you ever get help from either of them, just know you are in the absolute best hands.

This is the second time I’ve used them in. My experience was just as wonderful. Sometimes service can go downhill after a new place has opened, but this one has only gotten better. All employees were kind and wonderful. The service was impeccable. I still greatly appreciate the safety measures taken to ensure that every vehicle leaves serviced as needed and safe to re-enter the road. Take 5 in Milledgeville is always my “go-to” for my car’s needs.

Fast convenient and efficient! Very friendly staff! It's a easy way if your to busy to do it yourself!! Now the 9il change it self maybe 5 mins but between tire and fluid checks, maybe 20+, there were no cars in front of me either. It's comparable price wise to a dealership a little less but they have coupons to help the price.

They were EXTREMELY PROFFESIONAL AND VERY HELPFUL, KIND & CURTIOUS, AND MY CAR IS A HYBIRD SO IT HAD TO HAVE SYNTHETIC OIL USED & THEY WERE VERY REASONABLE WITH THE CUPON ADDED!! THEIR MANAGER Was a True Professional & I can't remember his name Professional the other 2 young men that helped w/my car but the manager was a Young African American gentleman & he explained the difference of reg oil & the synthetic oil. & the high mileage oil, sp i could understand the IMPORTANCE OF PUTTING SYNTHETIC OIL IN MY HYBIRD && THAT INFORMATION WAS WORTH ITS WEIGHT LITTERALLY IN GOLD, (so-ta-speek) & HE DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL STUPID OR UNEDUCATED DUR TO AT FIRST I WASNT SURE IF I COULD USED REG OIL IN IT,,LIKE I SAID HE WAS & THE OTHER 2 GENTLEMEN WEREV""" TRUE ASSETS TO YOU ALLS COMPANY & I WANT EVER GO TO ANY WHERE ELSE EXCEPT "" TAKE 5 "",, TO GET MY OIL CHANGED AGAIN, UNLESS YOU ALLS PRICES GO WAY UP OR I RUN INTO A DIFFERENT TYPE OF EMPLOYEE ( EX, if their RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, LIE TO ME OR TRY & PULL A FAST ONE so-ta-speek,,,,,, OR I was to actually catch them using. a different type of oil in my car than what I ask them to put. Dominique, Jesse, and Mason did a fantastic job! I am by no means car-smart, but they answered all of my questions in a way that I easily understood. They confirmed everything with me (my changed filters and oil) and made sure I knew what was going on with my car. 10/10 will be going back in 3,000 miles for that complementary oil top off. For an oil change, coolant refill, air filter change, and cabin air filter change I paid a little under 150.
