Oil Change Service US 82

I stopped by here a couple of weeks ago to see if they could put a little bit of air in my tire. I live on the opposite side of Lee county, so I'd never been here before. To say I was impressed would be a gross understatement. I was promptly and kindly greeted with an ice cold bottle of water. They not only added air to the tire for me, but checked the other 3, asked if I would like to have them check the fluid levels. Not only did they not charge me, but wouldn't let me pay. I drive for work, and get an oil change every month. Because of my first experience, I came back for them to change my oil. It wasn't a fluke! Another bottle of water, another prompt and kind greeting, and no fewer than 5 people tending to my car. Oil changed, tire pressure checked, air filters checked, windshield cleaned, and all other levels checked. The best part, they are $50 cheaper than the place I've been going to for years. Hats off to Earnest and his crew! As someone who works in the service industry, I was blown away, wowwed, and thoroughly impressed! Take 5 had a new dedicated customer. Keep it up guys!

I told these fellas while I was there, and I meant every word of it, this was actually the best service I’ve gotten in this entire area lately. They took very good attention to detail, a lot of checks and balances to where one guy was verifying with the other guy was doing and they were all extremely friendly. I was there literally seven minutes by the time they were done, I actually came back and recommended all my coworkers to come to them to when I got back to Work.

Expensive but it's very well worth it so far so good. I'll give it a few days fingers crossed. They changed what was needed unlike Walmart they don't change your filters they lied to me every time. My filters were extremely nasty.

The guys at Take 5 did such a great job on my oil change. They worked as a team to get it all taken care of smootly. I appreciated them working with my budget and you can tell they all care about their job and even more about the customer. I will definitely be back! The Hwy 82 crew crushed it and I recommend going there to get serviced. They were quick and made sure I was good to go before I pulled off.

I saw the no wait sign and turned in. One thing that makes me procrastinate are lines. Lol Everybody was really nice and they moved super fast. They even gave my toddler a mini beverage and water for me. The manager Tim explained things to me clearly. I’m definitely satisfied and will be taking my other vehicles up there soon. Keep up the great work guys!
