The guys were great. Friendly, efficient, and completed the checks out loud so you and the team knew where they were in the process. Better chance for a team member to recognize a missed step. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I do pay attention to how long the line is before I go in. I was greeted with a smile and a bottle of water. I don’t always take the water, but this time I did. Taylor Or Tyler,the shop manager, very friendly and effective. He even checked the inside air filter, which I didn’t know even existed. It was full of stuff and needed a change. At check out time he reminded me I was a veteran and got a 25% discount. I often forget to ask although there are Marine Corps stickers all over my truck.

I had an excellent oil change experience. The store manager, Taylor, was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient, taking the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed—they even offered me a water bottle while I waited. The team worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience at Take 5 oil change!! I was offered a bottle of water right away, and before you know it, I was in the stall. The guys were all very professional. Brock was the take charge guy, he got my cabin filter changed and he added some nice air freshener to it. Braylon put on my wipers and he assisted as needed, and Zachary took care of the underneath job, changing out the oil. Before you know it, I was done. They showed me the dipstick, all good, and off I went. The guys were a great team, pleasant, and did the job in a timely manner. Always a good experience! Oh, and please keep the coupons coming! Saved $15 on this trip!

Car was acting up and the oil can icon was lit. Brought it in and the young man was very efficient but so very personable....matter of fact all the employees that were there that day were so ready with a smile and great advice. They were quick in changing the oil, and did all the necessary checks to ensure that my car was better leaving than when it arrived. I can truthfully say I have never had a bad experience at this Take 5. The service personnel are knowledgeable, efficient and very professional.
