I have never had such wonderful service from 2 gentlemen that I immediately trusted to tell me the truth. They were both very amicable and it was just refreshing to me. When I pulled up the gentleman up top came and offered me an ice cold bottle of water. All my fluids were topped off and after checking all my blinkers and brake lights. I was good to go. I received the 25% veterans discount. I couldn’t have asked for 2 nicer men, and once again, the service was excellent! I will definitely be a returning customer after receiving such excellent customer service!
Fast, excellent, and thorough service, but not the type to try to upsell you unnecessary things like the other chains. Their QC process after the replacements were also a nice touch, and all the guys are cool. Even gave me a water and I was parched, a wonderful and kind added touch especially in this heat. 10/10 would recommend. Shelton also does a jam up job running and training the techs and you can truly see his pride and care for the establishment and customers.
