First time customer full of anxiety but there was no cause for alarm. After parking in a spot, a team member offered me a bottle of water and answered my questions. I didn't have to leave my vehicle, and 3 team members made quick work of my car. Isaiah, Antwoine, and one other. (I don't have my receipt with me for reference). The price was affordable, I was kept in the loop of what was going on, everyone was chill and helpful from beginning to end. I really enjoyed the ease of communication, professionalism, efficiency, and all around good vibes. 10/10 will come back.

Crystal Hawkins,I love going to Take 5 Oil Change - Macon Rd. The employees are always friendly, professional, and they make sure everything is done correctly. The service is also very fast, which I really appreciate when I’m on a tight schedule. The only issue I have—and it’s not just this location—is the policy about the military discount. If you choose the lowest-priced oil change, you can’t use the military discount. This started sometime last year, and I personally don’t think that’s right. I believe military members should be able to use their discount on any oil change service they receive. Other than that, I highly recommend Take 5 on Macon Road. Great staff and quick, reliable service every time! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
