What I got was a NASCAR pit crew mixed with Chick-fil-A level customer service 😂 The second I pulled up, I was warmly greeted and handed an ice-cold bottle of water — which honestly felt like a lifesaver in this heat. Zach, Jimmy, and Larry had my oil changed in LESS than 10 minutes, and somehow still found time to have friendly conversation and explain future preventative maintenance my vehicle may need without being pushy or sales-y at all. I’ve been loyal to another quick oil change company for YEARS, but I have NEVER experienced customer service like this. These guys were fast, professional, friendly, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. Before I knew it, they were done and I was back on the road! Take 5 has absolutely gotten it right. Jordan Schlag,Had some dude name Jackson on 3/20/2026 who changed my oil for me, and bro was the most hilarious man I have ever met, I was already having a terrible day and he kept cracking jokes, it was like talking to someone I knew from somewhere, so honestly got an oil change and a good laugh that day, definitely will come back just to get a good laugh again (While changing my oil I had to press my gas to 3, I ended up pushing the pedal to 5 and he came back with a funny face and was like “are you trying to make me deaf?” And I replied with “well did it work?” Absolutely hilarious I will be coming back)
Diavolo_Dum,Perfect job, friendly. I wish I could have had my tires rotated. Used the coupon for 25 off with no problems. They topped off the fluids they were allowed to, I wish I knew which ones they weren’t allowed to. I know one of them was the brake fluid only because I had asked about it, but they were a great group worked efficiently seemed really knowledgeable and polite, and offered a bottle of water.
